The Sesto Sapore is a vegan cookery school, brainchild of Andrea Giannone and Michela Zaccarin, two professional chefs who have been teaching the secrets behind natural veg cooking for many years.
The courses are modern, inspirational and creative: the Sesto Sapore team is continually out and about, exploring new food trends from all around the world.
The school, whose premises are in Pieve di Soligo (TV), offers a wide range of different courses for all abilities, from everyday recipes to professional, advanced levels. Immersed in the greens of the surrounding hills and of a small forest – rich of edible wild herbs – , Il Sesto Sapore has a professional style kitchen with top-of-the-range equipment, a restaurant, spacious classes and a vegetable garden.
Il Sesto Sapore provides an ethical chef’s training programme, using fresh, thoughtfully sourced and high-quality ingredients from small, local suppliers.
