The same passion since 1978

Back in 1978, between the Piave River and the Pre-Alps of Treviso, a group of people with the same belief created one of the first organic shops in the area, with the aim of promoting products which at the same time ensured consumers’ health and preserved the environment.

In 1988, in line with his working ethic, Aurelio Bailo founded La Spiga Bio, the first artisanal pasta factory working exclusively with organic or biodynamic raw materials.

From the very beginning, the company set itself the goal of creating high quality organic products, superior to any other on the market.
Over the years the company changed its name into ALBIO, it began to use new innovative technologies and new professionals joined our team, sharing the same passion and values.

High quality products and innovative recipes are what make of ALBIO today a leading company in the production of organic fresh filled pasta. Its wide product range includes the VEGAN line, the VEGETERIAN line without eggs and the CLASSIC line with eggs.
